土地革命战争后期,中国共产党适应建立抗日民族统一战线的需要,提出了“民主共和国”的主张。在抗日战争时期,中国共产党把“民主共和国”的主张先后具体化为“三民主义共和国”的主张和“新民主主义共和国”的主张。笔者分析了“民主共和国”主张的演变过程,说明了这种演变的原因。
