Study and Application of JH-B as Flotation Agent

抛开传统的处理聚合物驱产出污水方法,研制出JH-B型浮选剂,并对其除污机理加以分析。通过具体的实验评价了JH-B型浮选剂对下二门油田聚驱产出水的处理效果,并针对下二门油田联合站现有设备设计可行的处理方案,探讨处理聚合物驱产出污水的新思路。

JH - B as flotation agent was developed without thinking of using traditional wastewater treatment method for polymer injecting oil - containing wastewater. The mechanism for treating wastewater was analyed. The JH - B flotation agent was evaluated using experiment for treating Xia＇ ermen oilfield wastewater. Feasible option was designed according to present status of oilfield. New disposal technique for polymer injecting oil - containing wastewater was discussed.
