摘要
用固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-SiO2为催化剂,以冰乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成乙酸异戊酯,得出反应最佳条件为:冰乙酸和异戊醇摩尔比1∶1.5,催化剂用量0.6g(冰乙酸用量为0.1mol),反应温度110~118℃,回流时间3h,酯化率可达96.7%,且催化剂可重复使用。
Isoamylacetate was synthesized from glacial acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol using solid superacid SO4^2-/ Tio2 - SiO2 as catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows : molar ratio of glacial acetic acid to isoamyl alcohol 1 : 1.5, dosage of catalyst 0.6 g ( based on 0.1 mol of glacial acetic acid), reaction temperature 110- 118℃ ,reflux time 3 hours with the ratio of esterification 96.7% ,and the catalyst could be used repeatedly.
