The production and application of derivatives prepared from refinery C4 fractions were briefly introduced. The production routes of n - butane-cis - anhydride-1,4 - butanediol, isobutene-MTBE-methylmethacrylate were described in detail. The production techniques, market of product and investment and economic benefits were analyzed. Some suggestions on development of derivatives from C4 fractions were given.
