摘要 论述了高炉煤气余压回收透平装置TRT(Top Gas Pressure Recovery Turbine)的工作特点和工艺流程,针对TRT控制工艺及其发展方向进行了分析,采用单回路PID控制TRT升速;采用新型复合控制方式,将功率和顶压调节更好的结合起来,最终实现并网后单纯顶压调节,并在顶压调节过程中自然实现功率升高的控制效果。增加旁通阀顶压调节功能和故障切换功能后,提高了机组的保护安全性,实现全功率发电运行。 In this paper, the features and process of TRT(Top Gas Pressure Recovery Turbine) are described. An analysis of TRT control process and the trend in development is meade, concerning: using single - loop PID to control the speed - up of TRT; using new type control method to combine the adjustment of power and top gas pressure and finally, accomplish the sole pressurt adjustment after being inter connected. In the course of the adjustment, the effed can be naturally obtained along with the rise of the power. After having added the function of adjusting top gas pressure to by - pass valve and the function of fault switching, the unit has got further protection with which a full power generating operation can be carried out.
