The way how to determine the main technical parameters, such as rolling force, rolling moment and roiling velocity, for 5 m radical - axial NC rolling press are introduced in the article. The machine is developed by Xi＇an Heavy Machinery Research Institute. The measured data obtained on site show that the theoretical design is consistent with practical production. This press is the largest machine for rolling aluminium ring component; it is used in Southwest Aluminium company with fine operation.
