摘要
分析了轧机用非共轭鼓形齿联轴器的齿面啮合特征,并在此基础上进一步研究齿间周向载荷的分配规律,给出一种分析非共轭鼓形齿联轴器工作倾角对其齿间载荷分配影响的有效方法。按所述方法,对宝钢2050 mm轧机精轧主传动使用的某鼓形齿联轴器进行数值分析,得出的结论为鼓形齿联轴器的设计制造及其在实际轧钢生产中的应用与维护提供了依据。
The characteristic of teeth meshing and, further, circumferential load distribution of non - conjugate crown gear coupling are analyzed, by which an effective method is given for analyzing the effect of obliqueness on the load distribution of engaged teeth in crown gear coupling. On the basis of the method, computer simulation for a crown gear coupling used in the main driving system of the finish rolling in BaoSteel's 2050 mm mill is carried .out. The results offer basis for the design, manufacture, application and maintain of the crown gear coupling in steel rolling production.
