摘要
300MN模锻水压机是我国国防和基础建设的关键设备,其中的主工作缸是水压机的重要部件之一。针对主工作缸的工作状态是否安全的判断依据存在模糊性,对主工作缸的概率法设计结果和安全系数法设计结果进行了模糊可靠度分析计算,计算结果表明:传统的安全系数法设计出来的结果偏于保守,而基于概率法的设计结果不够安全。同时,在不降低模糊可靠度的前提下,基于有限元软件对主工作缸的壁厚进行了优化设计。
300MN forging hydraulic press is one essential equipment in the national defense and infrastructure, and the primary work cylinder is one of the key parts in the hydraulic press. In view of the judgement about the safety of working state of the primary work cylinder, the existence of fuzziness is one way to follow, which has been carried out on the fuzzy reliability analysis and computation to the primary work cylinder probability design result and the method of safety coefficient design result. The computed result indicated that, the design result with traditional safety coefficient is conservative, but if based on probability, the design result is not safe enough. At the same time, under the condition that don't reduce the fuzzy reliability, the optimal design has been carried out based on the finite element software to the thickness of the primary work cylinder.
