摘要
聊城发电厂1号机组投产后,最高调度负荷600MW,最低调度负荷360MW。在机组低负荷运行期间,锅炉稳燃性能较差,当炉内动力场稍有扰动时,即会引起燃烧恶化,甚至引发锅炉灭火。为此,提出W型燃烧主导火焰的概念,并利用主导火焰技术进行燃烧调整,取得较好效果。
After putting unit no. 1 into operation at Liaocheng Power plant, its maximal dispatching load was 600 MW, and minimal dispatching load was 360 MW. In the period of low load operation for the unit, the combustion stabilization performane to be worse. In the event of kinetic field in the furnace being slightly disturbed, degradation of combustion may occur, even leading to outfire in the furnace. For this, a conception of main guiding flame for the W - shaped flame has been put forward, and combustion debugging being carried out by using the main guiding flame technology, obtaining good result.
