ELECTRICITY-SAVING OPERATION OF AUXILIAY MACHINES FOR BOILER UNDER LOW LOAD OF 150 MW UNIT

摘要 大唐韩城发电厂125MW机组由于常常低负荷运行,因此,采用优化锅炉辅机运行的方式,如停运带一次风的排粉机、夏季停用电除主器灰斗加热装置、停用电除尘器后电场、吸风机单台运行等,节电效果显著,并且基本不影响锅炉的效率。优化锅炉辅机运行组合方式,是机组低负荷运行的较好节电手段。 Because of 150 MW unit in Datang Hancheng Power Plant commonly operating under low load, hence, adopting optimized operating mode of auxiliary machines for said boiler, such as stopping pulverized coal exhauster providing with primary air, stopping heating facility of ash hopper for the electrostatic precipitator(EP) in summer season, stopping rear electric field of EP, and operating of only one single induced draft fan etc. , has remarkable electricity-saving effectiveness, and basically doesn't affect the boiler efficiency. The optimized jointly operation mode of auxiliary machines for a boiler is a betler means for electricity - saving in low load operation of the peak - regulating units.
