羊心脏束细胞-心肌细胞演化系观察

摘要 目的:观察羊心室内膜下层束细胞演化形成心肌细胞的动态过程。方法:12只山羊取心脏后,常规石蜡切片,HE染色,光学显微镜观察。结果:正常成体羊心室内膜下Ⅰ型束细胞分裂增生为Ⅱ型束细胞团或心肌生成单位。生成单位经横向与纵向2种方式,演化形成蒲肯野纤维和工作心肌细胞;部分Ⅰ型束细胞经Ⅱ型束细胞直接演化为工作心肌。结论:正常成体羊心室传导心肌和工作心肌属同一细胞演化系,羊心室心肌主要来源于束细胞-心肌细胞演化系。 Aim: To study the dynamic process of bundle cells evolving into cardiomyocytes in subendocardial layer of gaot ventricle. Methods:The paraffin sections of hearts from 12 goats, stained with HE, were observed under light microscope. Rosults: In normal adult goat ventricle, subendocardial type Ⅰ bundle cells proliferated and evolved into Type Ⅱ bundle cells or cardiomyocyte forming unit (CMFU). The CMFU evolved into Purkinje fiber and working cardiac muscle by transverse and longitudinal pattern. Some of Type I bundle cells evolved into working cardiac muscles directly via Type Ⅱ bundle cells. Conclusion: In normal adult goat ventricle, conduction and working cardiac muscles were in same evolving system, and the ventricular muscles were mainly originated from the bundle cells-cardiomyocytic developing strain.
