摘要
目的:观察并比较正常成体羊和人心脏心内膜细胞,探讨心内膜的一般组织动力学过程。方法:取12只山羊和6例人尸检心脏组织标本,常规石蜡切片,HE染色,光学显微镜观察。结果:正常成体羊与成人心脏均发现内皮细胞无丝分裂相。内膜细胞来自成血-血管内皮干细胞归巢和内化及内皮细胞增生迁移。内膜细胞可以演化形成心肌细胞。结论:正常成体心脏一般组织动力学特征是内膜细胞以多种方式来源于成血-血管干细胞,内膜细胞可通过多种途径演化为心肌细胞。
Aim: To compare the origin and transformation of the endocardial cells in normal adult goat and human heart, and study the histodynamic process in endocardium. Methods:The paraffin sections of hearts from 12 goats and 6 human autopsies, stained with HE, were observed under light microscope. Results: Amitotic phases were observed in en- dothelial cells of normal adult goat and human heart. The endocardial cells were derived from proliferation of endothelial cells, homing, innerration, and aggradations surface endothelial conversion of blood endothelial stem cells. Endocardial cells could evolve to form cardiomyocytes with various patterns. Conclusion: Endocardial cells in adult heart derive from hemangioblast with various patterns. Endocardial cells could evolve cardiomyocytes through various ways.
