子宫内膜异位症患者内膜组织中转化生长因子β_1与P27^(kip1)蛋白测定

摘要 目的:检测子宫内膜异位症患者内膜组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、P27kip1蛋白的表达,并探讨2者在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测36例子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者的异位内膜和在位内膜及23例正常子宫内膜组织中TGF-β1、P27kip1蛋白的表达。结果:正常子宫内膜组织中TGF-β1蛋白的阳性表达率低于EMs患者的在位内膜及异位内膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);正常子宫内膜组织中P27kip1蛋白阳性表达率均高于异位内膜及在位内膜组织(P均<0.05)。异位内膜组织中TGF-β1与P27kip1蛋白表达呈负相关(rs=-0.783,P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜组织中TGF-β1蛋白过度表达和P27kip1蛋白表达下降可能在EMs的发生发展中起促进作用。 Aim : To investigate the role of transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1) and the cyclin kinase inhibitor P27^kip1 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods:The expressions of TGF-β1 and P27^kip1 in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium ( 36 cases) , and the normal endometrium (23 cases) were detected by using immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The expression rate of TGF-β1 in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium( P 〈 0.05 ) . The expression rate of 1727^kip1 protein in ectopic and eutopic endometrium were significantly lower than those in normal endometrium (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of TGF-β1 and 1727klpl protein had a negative correlationship ( rs = 0. 783 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Over-expression of TGF-β1 and lower expression of P27^kipl are involved in the progression of endometriosis.
