Building of Technological Innovation System in Industrial Clusters

产业集群已成为区域经济发展的重要内容。同产业企业的聚集,有利于技术和知识的传播,可以降低技术创新的成本和风险,不过也存在着缺乏自主创新、过度模仿等问题,因此有必要采取合理措施,充分发挥产业集群中技术创新的效应,推动整个产业的升级。

Industrial clusters have been the important part of the area economy, for they can facilitate the spreading of technology and knowledge and reduce the costs and risks of technological innovation because of the pulling together of many enterprises. However, some problems still exist, such as lacking independent technological innovation and too much imitation and so on, thus it is necessary to take some reasonable measures to change the effect of technology innovation of industrial clusters in order to promote the development of the whole industry.
