摘要
根据悬挂犁挂接系统的设计要求,建立了悬挂四杆机构解析法设计的数学模型。以工作状态时犁与拖拉机的速度瞬心位置最低为目标函数,确定了优化设计模型,并运用Matlab软件的fmincon函数实现了悬挂犁挂接参数的优化选择。对TN55型拖拉机配套1L430型悬挂犁的设计计算表明,该方法在多方面优于作图法。
Based on the requirement of hitching system for a tractor mounted farm implement, a mathematical model was developed for optimization design of the hitching parameters of a four bar linkage mechanism. The lowest positions of the transient velocity center of the tractor and the working implement were taken as the objective function of the model. The fmincon function in Matlab was adopted to realize the optimization work. The design and computation results for the plough (model 1L - 430) by the improved method proved to be quicker and with a higher precision than those by the conventional drawing method.
