现实主义范式视角中的朝核问题及其未来出路

Korean Nuclear Issue and Its Prospect in the Perspective of Realistic Paradigm of International Relations

从国际关系现实主义范式的视角对朝核问题进行分析,笔者认为:朝美两国长期无法直接沟通,彼此互不信任,导致两国间“安全困境”的出现,致使朝鲜走向了发展核武器的道路。要摆脱目前的“安全困境”,关键是朝美双方能否超越现实主义的视角,放弃彼此所存的敌意,最终在东北亚地区建构起真正和平、稳定的“安全共同体”。

The Korean nuclear issue is probed in the perspective of realistic paradigm of international relations.The conclusion is that the distrust and failure to communication between the U.S.and DPRK led to the security dilemma between them,and the North Korea was forced to develop nuclear weapons.It is believed that to solve the dilemma,the key is to surpass their own realistic perspective and quit hostility.The ultimate aim is to establish a dependable and stable 'community of security' in the northeast Asia.
