摘要
根据再制造废旧零件的特点与难点,采用CBR与RBR混合推理设计方法,构建了适用于再制造的废旧零件修复智能系统.系统首先进行CBR推理来得到废旧产品的修复方案,当进行CBR推理得到的结果不能让使用者满意时,系统可以根据使用者的操作要求,继而转向RBR辅助推理来完成再制造废旧零件的智能化修复设计.通过实例验证:系统能够满足使用要求,推理出的零件修复方案比较理想.
In this paper we present the systematic framework of remanufacturing intelligent CAPP for repairing parts of case-based reasoning and case-based reasoning according to remanufacturing's characteristics and difficulties. First system adopts case-based reasoning method to infer the repairing process of parts, if we are not satisfactory with the repairing result, the system can go on inferring to get satisfactory repairing process by adopting rulebased reasoning. By representative examples, we can draw the conclusion that the inferred repairing process can satisfy the requirements.
