中文文本理解技术在法律案情文本分类中的应用

阐述了中文文本自动分类技术在法制领域中对描述案情的法律文本自动分类的改进及应用,并初步构建了一个中文法律案情文本分类系统.该系统在Visual C++环境上编程实现,通过对测试集中文本实验结果的分析,表明该方法具有一定的分类功能.

This paper described the improvement and application of chinese automatic classification technology in the legal field especially for automatic classification of legal texts. A primary automatic classification system for chinese legal case text was established. The experiment conclusion shows the method has the capability of classification through analyzation of the chinese text test suite in visual C ＋ ＋ environment.
