初探监理工作的公正性

Primary study on fairness of supervision work

针对监理工作的公正性进行了辨析,通过分析导致监理工作不公正的因素,提出了一些建议和解决方法,以发挥监理在工程建设项目中的公正、公平性作用,使建筑工程监理更上一个新台阶。

Based upon analysis of the fairness of supervision work dements caused the unfairness in supervision work are analyzed; at the same time corresponding resolving measures and suggestions are proposed in order to exert actions of supervisor in engineering to really realize equity and fairness.
