摘要
针对建筑施工企业推行“项目法施工”应如何实施施工项目管理的问题,重点阐述了项目管理的目标和项目经理的责权利及其关系,从而达到规范运作,提高企业总体管理水平和综合经济效益的目的。
According to the implementation of the project law construction question that how to carry out construction project management is discussed. Relationship between project management objective and duty, right and interest of project manger is elaborated in order to normalize operation and increase management level and economic benefits for enterprises.
