摘要
在分析联合开发策略产生背景的基础上,阐述了联合开发的含义、实施流程和难点问题,最后结合南京市地铁一号线与沿线物业联合开发的实例,对南京地铁与沿线物业联合开发提出了相关的建议,以促进轨道建设与物业开发的协调发展。
On the basis of analyzing the generative background of joint development strategy, this paper illustrates the definition, implementing process and difficulties of joint development, and proposes relevant suggestions for joint development between Nanjing subway and real property along the line combined with the instance of joint development between Nanjing subway line 1 and real property along the line, in order to promote harmonious development between rail construction and real property development.
