Research Advances in Tissue Culture of Chinese Orchids

对中国兰花(Chinese Cymbidiums)组织培养的国内外研究进展进行了综述;着重对中国兰花组织培养中组织培养程序,原球茎的来源,培养基的选择,培养方式和培养条件等方面的研究进展进行了综述。

Famous for its special form, aroma and culture connotation, traditional Chinese orchid with a long cultivation history is very popular in China. Tissue culture was widely used in different plant materials, however was not an effective method for Chinese orchid reproduction due to its particularity.Progress in Chinese orchid tissue culture was reviewed in this paper. Research advances of Chinese orchid tissue culture were elaborated such as tissue culture process, the origin of protocorm, culture medium selection and culture condition.
