摘要
分析了流域管理模式下湿地立法的必要性、可行性,探讨了设计流域管理模式下的湿地法律体系以及机构设置等问题。
Wetland is one of the earth＇s three major ecosystems and plays an important role in achieving sustainable development. Currently, wetland management still has many problems. In this article, idea on wetland legislation in watershed management model was put forward. The necessity, feasibility, legal system, institutional arrangements and other issues were analyzed.
