摘要
本文给出一种新型四象限模拟乘法器(4-QAM)的实现电路。该乘法器利用一只耗尽型场效型管(D-FET)的线性区伏安特性,实现两信号的相乘,从而避免了多个FET的不一致问题,且结构简单。其独到之处还在于,通过调节电路外部时钟脉冲宽度可以完全修正电路内部两电容量不等所带来的误差。
A switched-capacitor (SO four quadrant analog multiplier (4-QAM) is presented in this paper. This SC 4-QAM consists of only one D-FET, which operates in triode region to realize the multiplication of two independent voltage signals, and as a result, the inconsistency of multiple D-FETs has been completely removed, and it has simple structure as well. Moreover, by adjusting the widths of the clock pulses outside, the error introduced by the mismatching between the capacitances inside the 4-QAM can be eliminated.
