摘要
目的 根据住院患者的各项调查资料,分析代谢综合征人群中糖代谢异常者心脑血管事件罹患率及与其他各组分的关系。方法 根据2005年国际糖尿病协会(IDF)提出的最新代谢综合征诊断标准,对238例37~96岁成人患者建成数据库,比较不同糖代谢组罹患心脑血管事件的危险性,并据此计算代谢综合征患者中2型糖尿病和糖尿病前期(空腹血糖损害或糖耐量异常)的患病率及其和其他组分的组合特点。结果在代谢综合征人群中糖代谢异常者构成比高于血糖正常者。血糖正常组、前期病变组和2型糖尿病组发生心脑血管疾病危险性依次增加,且合并其他组分的数量也相应增多。结论 最新代谢综合征诊断标准在腹型肥胖的基础上,其余组分中以糖代谢异常尤其重要,凡代谢综合征合并血糖异常者,除合并有脂代谢紊乱的几率较对照组高外,比单纯糖尿病者发生心脑血管终点事件的风险更高。血糖异常是代谢综合征患者二级预防的靶点。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the abnormal blood glucose and the occurrence of cardiocerebral vascular diseases in metabolic syndrome patients, according to recent statistics of inpatients. Methods Based on clinical identification criteria for metabolic syndrome issued by International Diabetes Federation (IDF) in 2005 ,database of 238 metabolic syndrome inpatients with 37 to 96 years old was used to analyze the odd rates (ORs ) of clustering of risk components and the occurrence of cardiocerebral diseases by different strata of blood glucose level. Results The ORs clustering of other metabolic syndrome components and the occurrence of vascular diseases increased significantly with the enhanced level of blood glucose. The ratio of abnormal glucose metabolic level occupied great part of total patients. Conclusion On the basis of the latest metabolic syndrome, abnormal glucose metabolism is a more important factor than other components. Metabolic syndrome patients with abnormal glucose level may have higher risk of developing cardiocerebral vascular diseases than those with diabetes only.
