“公、私合作型学校”较之于纯粹的公办学校和纯粹的民办学校,呈现出自身的一些基本特征。通过对学校产权结构与管理架构的分析,有助于在法律与制度框架下,对学校的收益回报、资产管理和经费使用等进行合理的规范与调控,这也是当前保障“公、私合作型学校”健康发展的重要手段。

Compared with a school only owned by public or by private, a joint public-private school has its essential characters. The analysis of property right structure ＆ management mechanism would contribute to rationally standardize, regulate and control the income/profit, assets management and funds expenditure of school in line with the framework of law ＆ regulation. That is an important approach to ensure the sound development of joint public-private school.
