摘要
本文从科学的角度,以确定护理交叉学科群发育水平为入口,运用结构分析的方法,从研究目标、交叉层级、交叉方法等几方面分析了护理交叉学科的结构特征、构建方式,根据分析所发现的问题,提出在今后的学科建设中应注意:在学科整体建设的同时,要继续学科分化建设,以形成纵横交错,推进立体化发展的格局;大力扶植应用性、技术方法性护理交叉学科,以形成基础学科、应用学科和技术方法性学科"三足鼎立"式学科体系结构框架;要克服护理交叉学科建设中急功近利、盲目创造学科的不良倾向,加强理论学科建设,为合理调整学科建设重点,优化护理交叉学科群的结构提供了新思路。
The structural characteristics of the nursing interdisciplines, the structural form and the existing problems were analysed by the method of structural analysis. The differentiation of nursing interdisciplines should continue to be carried out in the course of the perfection of integral nursing science. Effective measures should be taken to foster the technological nursing interdisciplines and avoid the harmful trend of blindness in the establishment of nursing interdisciplines. The theorectical disciplines should be strenthened. The key disciplines should be adjusted reasonably. The structure of nursing interdisciplines should be perfected.
