摘要
对1例由于低血钾在13h内频发急性扭转型室速和室颤55次患者,在严密监测生化指标、血气、CVP、尿量及心电监护下,以每小时2g左右的速度补钾,使抢救获得成功。
One patient frequently had acute torsional ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation within 13 hours because of hypokalemia. Under the close measurement of biochemistry,blood gas ,CVP,volume of urine and electricardiographic monitor the patient's life was successfully saved by supplementing about two grams of kalium per an hour.
