摘要
通过对我院护理人员按职称上岗情况的调查,认为:护理人员按职称上岗有利于整体护理水平和护理质量的提高。目前,由于护理人员严重缺编,使按职上岗工作难以实施。作者对此提出了具体的实施办法和供商榷的问题。
An investigation was made on the nursing staff in our hospital to take up their posts in terms of their professional titles. We believed that it was beneficial to raise the nursing level and improve the quality of nursing. But at the present time, owing to the vacancy for the nursing staff,it is difficult to carry out taking up post in terms of professional titles.
