摘要
通过5年的实践,提出在国内一些综合性医院可采取以下形式对ICU护士进行岗前培训:(1)送出去进修;(2)办岗前短训班;(3)定期组织业务学习;(4)不定期开展技术操作考核;(5)经常开展读书交流;(6)有针对性地进行智力竞赛及模拟训练。通过培训可使ICU护士的业务素质得到提高。
With 5-year practice,the authors suggested that in nationwide general hospitals ICU nurse- training be carried out as follows: (1) continuous study in other hospitals for a period of time; (2)short -term training ; (3) regular vocational learning ; (4) check on technic operation (5) regular academical exchange ; (6) taking part in professional intelligence tests and training for some specific purpose. In these ways,ICU nurses can improve their whole qualities.
