Building the Harmonious Student's Management System on Base of University Characteristics

《普通高等学校学生管理规定》自2005年3月颁布实施以来,高校学生管理工作发生了很大的变化,但仍存在“育人为本”原则贯彻不全面、依法治校理念不清、学生权益救济保障不力等现象。高校学生管理工作要以《普通高等学校学生管理规定》为依据,确立依法治校的管理理念,不断加强制度、机构、队伍建设,结合高校特色,构建和谐学生管理体系。

＂ Student＇s Regulation of University and College ＂ issued in March of 2005 by the Ministry of Education was implemented over one year. The whole university student＇s management has changed very greatly, but, some badness exists just as before, such as human -oriented principle was carried out incompletely, the ideology of running school by law was not clear, student＇s rights and interests were weakened, etc. We should further study and understand the spirit of ＂ student＇s regulation of university and college ＂, establish the management idea of managing the school in accordance with the law, strengthen the system, organization, build the contingent constantly, make great efforts to promote university student＇s management level.
