Mdm2、bcl-2、AR的表达与脑膜瘤病理类型的关系

The relationship between expression of Mdm2,bcl-2,AR and pathologic types of meningiomas.

目的研究凋亡相关蛋白Mdm2、bel-2和雄激素受体（AR）与脑膜瘤病理类型之间的关系，为脑膜瘤的治疗和预后提供一些新信息。方法从华西医院病理科获得2001～2003年间病理诊断明确的脑膜瘤病例共394例，计算机随机抽样60例，将60例蜡块每份切片3张，做免疫组化染色，检测Mdm2、bel-2、AR的表达。结果在不同病理级别的脑膜瘤中Mdm2、bel-2、AR的表达率均有差别，但仅AR的表达差异有统计学意义。结论AR的表达与脑膜瘤的病理级别有关．提示AR在脑膜瘤的增殖作用中的重要性，它可以作为脑膜瘤的预后参考因子。

Objective To investigate the relationship between pathologic types of meningiomas and apoptosis - related proteins Mdm2, bcl - 2 and androgen receptor（ AR）, providing new information for treatment and prognostic judgement of meningiomas. Methods We randomly selected 60 samples from 394 samples of pathologically confirmed meningiomas stored in our department from Jan 2001 to Dec 2003. The sections of paraffin - embedded specimens were subject to immunohistochemlcal stain （ LSAB method ） and test for expression of Mdm2, bcl-2 and AR. Results The expression rates of Mdm2, bcl - 2 and AR were different in tumors of different pathologic types, but only differences in AR expression were statistically significant. Conclusion There are significant associations between meningioma pathologic types and AR expression, which suggests AR play an important role in the pathogenesis of meningiomas and may have some prognostic significance.
