2型糖尿病人强化治疗中应用图文临床路径的效果评价

Utilization of algorithm in intensive therapy of patients with type 2 diabetes.

目的探讨图文临床路径在2型糖尿病人强化治疗中的效果。方法选择进行强化治疗的2型糖尿病人100例,分为2组,路径组(50例)应用图文临床路径进行医疗护理,对照组按常规医疗护理模式进行,比较两组病人的平均住院日,平均住院费用,病人满意度,糖尿病知识测评得分。结果两组病人的平均住院日,平均住院费用,病人满意度,糖尿病知识测评得分均有显著性差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病人强化治疗中应用图文临床路径可显著缩短平均住院日,降低平均住院费用,提高病人的糖尿病知识水平,提高病人满意度。

Objective To investigate the utilization of algorithm in intensive therapy of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes treated with intensive therapy were randomized into two groups ： algorithm group （ n = 50） and routine treatment group （ n = 50 ）, The differences in average hospital stay, cost, patients＇ satisfaction degree and diabetes knowledge test score between the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in average hospital stay, cost, patients＇ satisfaction degree and diabetes knowledge test score between the two groups in favour of algorithm group （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 respectively） . Conclusion Use of algorithm in the intensive treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly decrease average hospital stay and cost, increase patients＇diabetic knowledge level and satisfaction degree.
