目的研究吗特灵联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效、改善患者生存质量的效果及毒副作用。方法将120例晚期消化道肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用顺铂(CDDP)、氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、亚叶酸钙(CF)联合化疗进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用吗特灵。结果治疗组总有效率为46.7%,优于对照组26.7%,两组之间相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用此法治疗晚期消化道肿瘤安全、有效。
