灯盏细辛注射液对脑梗死患者甲襞微循环的影响

Effect of Dengzhan Xixin injection on nail-fold microcirculation in patients with cerebral infarction.

目的观察灯盏细辛注射液对脑梗死患者甲襞微循环的影响。方法将84例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予灯盏细辛静滴,对照组予复方丹参注射液静滴,2周为一个疗程,治疗前后分别测定患者甲襞微循环的各项指标。结果灯盏细辛注射液能显著改善脑梗死患者的管襻形态积分值、流态积分值、襻周积分值及总积分值,其疗效优于复方丹参。结论灯盏细辛注射液可明显改善脑梗死患者微循环,对脑梗死患者有一定的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of dengzhan xixin injection on nail- fold micrecirculation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 84 patients treated from Jan, 2005 to Dec. 2006 in our department were randomly assigned to study group （ intravenous infusion of dengzhan xixin injection for 2 weeks） or control group （ intravenous infusion of root of red rooted salvia）. Nail - fold micrecirculation was examined before and after treatment. Results The integral value of loop configuration, velocity of blood flow and configuration around loops were significantly improved in patients treated with dengzhan xixin injection. Conclusion Dengzhan xixin injection can significantly improve nail - fold micrecirculation in patients with cerebral infarction.
