摘要
采用新的管式反应器装置代替釜式反应器,将生产7-ADCA和7-ACA的副产物六甲基二硅醚有效地转化成了三甲基氯硅烷。与釜式反应器相比,管式反应器装置省去了搅拌,简化了生产工序,减少了催化剂的损失,增大了催化剂重复使用次数,操作简便,催化效率高。对反应条件进行了优化,在n(六甲基二硅醚):n(氯化锌)为1:0.06、反应温度为-2~0℃、反应时间为3h、通氯化氢速度为20mL/min条件下,三甲基氯硅烷收率高达86.8%。
Trimethylchlorosilane was prepared from hexamethyldisiloxane,by-product in producing 7-ADCA and 7-ACA . By using new pipe reactor instead of reaction kettle, the loss of catalyst was reduced, the duration of catalyst was increased, and the process was simple and efficient. The reaction conditions were optimized. When the mole ratio of hexamethyldisiloxane and zinc chloride was 1 - 0.06, reaction time was 3 h, reaction temperature was -2-0℃ and the rate of hydrochloride (gas) was 20 mL/min,the yield of product was 86.8%.
