摘要
介绍了线切割加工中电参数对工件表面粗糙度的影响。通过电参数的不同匹配,分析研究了影响表面加工质量的因素及规律。试验结果表明,高频电源脉冲宽度的影响作用最明显,脉冲宽度越大,工件表面粗糙度值越大,加工效率越高。
The influence of electrical parameters on surface roughness in WEDM was discussed. The factors and rules influencing surface roughness were analyzed by matching different electrical parameters. The results showed that the effect of pulse width was the most evident. With the increase of pulse width, the value of surface roughness increased accordingly and the efficiency increased too.
