摘要
以氯酸钠、双氧水和硫酸为原料制备二氧化氯溶液,针对二氧化氯用于纯棉织物漂白可有效降解织物中的杂质,而且不会降低织物强力,也不会造成水体的严重污染的特点,通过正交试验研究了pH值、w(ClO2)、漂白温度及漂白时间对回收棉织品漂白效果的影响。
Chlorine dioxide can remove the impurity of cotton fabrics without reduction of their strength and severe pollution of water. Chlorine dioxide was prepared by using sodium chlorat, hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid as raw materials. The factors affecting cotton fabrics bleaching such as pH value, concentration of ClO2, bleaching temperature and bleaching time were discussed by using the orthogonal experiment method.
