复方倍他米松注射液治疗军人花粉症的疗效观察

Evaluation on Therapeutic Effect of Betamethason Compound Injection for Treating Pollenosis in Soldiers

目的探讨复方倍他米松注射液治疗花粉症疗效。方法应用复方倍他米松注射液1 ml,对79例花粉症患者进行臀部深部肌肉注射,观察2 h、24 h、第1,2,3,4周,分别电话随访每位患者喷嚏、流涕、鼻堵、鼻痒等症状给予评分,数据用t检验分析。结果79例花粉症患者治疗前症状总评分(10.50±2.17)分,用药后评分分别为(7.25±1.58),(5.08±1.16),(3.96±1.06),(1.63±0.87),(0.50±0.13)分,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),用药24 h显效36例(45.57%),有效率100%;第1周显效72例(91.14%),有效率100%;第3周和第4周,显效率和有效均为100%。结论复方倍他米松注射液治疗花粉症发作期具有疗效高、使用方便、起效快、无明显副作用等特点。

Objective To evaluate theraputic effect of diprospan intramuscular injection for treating pollenosis in soldiers. Methods 79 soldiers with pollenosis were treated with intramuscular injection of diprospan, and their symptoms, i.e. sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal blockage, and nasal itching were observed and follow-up by telephone after treatment 2 hours, 1 weeks,2 weeks ,3 weeks, and 4 weeks respectively. The data was analyzed by t test. Results Total symptom score of 79 soldiers with pollenosis was 10.50± 2.17 hefor treatment with intramuscular injection of diprospan, and 7.25 ±1.58,5.08± 1.16,3.96± 1.06,1.63 ± 0.87,0.50 ± 0.13 after treatment on 2 hours, 1 week ,2 week ,3 week, and 4 week respectively . It is significant difference compare with that before treatment. Conclusions Significant effect, easy to use, fast effect and no obvious side effect are the characteristics of treating pollenosis with intramuscular injection of diprospan.
