摘要
随着移动通信技术与智能终端技术的融合,移动交互和移动工作为城市社区卫生服务管理提供了新的机遇。移动技术不仅为应对现有的社区卫生服务管理业务的移动性提供了手段,也为公众与社区卫生服务机构的沟通和服务提供开辟了新的渠道,有利于实现普遍服务和敏捷管理。本文介绍了推广移动技术在社区卫生管理中的一个应用项目,该项目的组织实施及成功案例对利用移动技术提高我国城市社区卫生服务的管理效率和服务水平具有很高的参考价值。实施移动技术和其他的新生信息技术应用项目一样,首先应该关注的是与战略目标相适应的传统思维模式变革,其次是信息流整合,最后是选择合适的技术实现途径。社区卫生服务中心管理者应超越传统的业务流程模式和以局域网络为核心的信息化模式,转而高度重视移动通信技术和智能终端设备的整合应用给城市社区卫生服务带来的机遇和挑战。
With the convergence of mobile communication and intelligent terminal technology, mobile interaction and mobile working opens up new horizon for city community health service management. Mobile technology not only provides means to deal with the mobility of city community health service itself, but also provides new channels for communication and service delivery. It will help provide universal service and realize agile management. This paper analyzes Project Digital Questionnaire, which aims at promote used of mobile information technology in city community health service. It throws some light on the application of mobile information technology in city community health service. The implementation of mobile project requires close attention to, firstly, the alignment of organizational change with organizational strategic goals; secondly, information flow integration; lastly, choose an appropriate technology way. The manager of the community health service center should exceed the conventionalism and face up to the challenges and opportunities provided by mobile communication technology and intelligent terminal unit technology.
