摘要
目前,中深定向井中Φ215.9井眼一般下入Φ139.7生产套管完井,但为了后期挖潜作业,中石化西南分公司在川西地区进行了下入Φ177.8生产套管完井的现场试验,最初有3口井套管不能下到位,不得不采用Φ127套管回接。文中针对未下入到位井的详细情况,对Φ215.9井眼下入Φ177.8套管未能下到位的原因进行了详细地研究和分析,找出其主要原因,并结合实际情况,提出了合理安放套管扶正器、降低钻井液滤饼摩阻系数、防止虚滤饼缩径、严格控制井眼轨迹、通井钻具组合模拟套管串结构等工艺技术,并在川西地区几口井上进行现场试验均取得了成功,达到了开发设计的目的和要求,这对于川西地区中深定向井后期作业与挖潜工作以及其提高油气产量具有重要意义。现该项技术现正在川西地区推广应用。
Nowadays, the ordinary compilation method is running 139.7mm production casing into 215.9mm open-hole in the medium-depth directional well, but for the lateral operation of enhancement, the SINOPEC Southwest Petroleum Bureau applied the compilation method of running 177.8mm production casing in west Sichuan area, three wells had to use 127mm casing tie back for the 177.8mm production casing couldn’t be running into the down hole. This paper studied the reasons and put forward some techniques, such as rationally setting casing centralizer, decreasing the mud cake friction coefficient, preventing the mud cake hole diameter reduction, controlling the hole trajectory strictly, simulation casing structure using the drifting BHA, etc. The techniques were used successfully in the Medium-Depth Directional Wells in west Sichuan, and the goal and demands of development and design were achieved. These techniques have very important value for the later increase production operation in the Medium-Depth Directional Wells.
