游梁抽油机节能电机选择方法的讨论 被引量:13

摘要 中国多数油田开发已经进入中后期,采油成本不断增加,因此游梁抽油机电机节能是倍受关注的问题。近年来,有各种各样的节能电机在油田得到广泛的应用。使用中出现了一些新问题,比如同一种电机在不同的油井节能效果大不相同,同一口井不同的节能电机节能效果也不同。这就提出了一个新问题———如何选择节能电机。游梁抽油机是一个复杂系统,节能效果不仅取决于系统本身,还取决于油井工况。文中讨论如何根据油井工况合理地选择节能电机,以取得应有的节能效果。 Most oil field in China has gone into interim period or late period of development, the lifting costs increase, saving energy problem in beam pumping unit was regarded in improving oil production. Various energy saving motors are widely used, but some problems still exist in recent years. For example, one type of motor has different energy saving results in different oil wells, and using different motors have different energy saving results in one well. The reason is that the beam pumping unit system is a complex system, energy saving results is decided by both the system itself and the condition of the oil wells. This paper discussed how to choose an energy saving motor rationally for beam pumping unit to promote the system efficiency based on the oil well condition.
