摘要
国内目前在盾构法隧道对周围地层的影响以及盾构衬砌结构与土体共同作用的研究中,较少考虑施工过程的影响。文章用有限单元法模拟盾构法隧道施工的全过程,并结合深圳地铁一期福民站到金田站盾构法隧道,分析了地层位移和衬砌土压力大小、分布随施工过程的变化,并对地层土压力与设计土压力进行了比较分析。创新之处在于揭示了不同盾构隧道施工阶段中地层位移和土压力的分布特征及变化规律,这些结果对盾构法隧道的施工和设计具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper the FEM is used to imitate the whole process of the shield tunneling construction and analyze the size and distribution of the ground-settlement and earth pressure during different construction process in the Line 1 of Shenzhen Metro. The variation of ground settlement and earth pressure scale and distribution with the construction process is analyzed. A comparison is carried out between the earth pressure and its design value. The innovation of this paper is to reveal the variability and distribution law of the ground - settlement and earth pressure in the different stage of the shield tunneling, which have certain reference value to the construction and design of the shield tunneling.
