农村信息化的制约因素与对策研究

Study on the Restrain Factors and Countermeasures of Rural Information Construction

本文基于我国农村信息化建设的现状,对农村信息化建设的制约因素进行了分析,并针对农村信息化的发展现状和制约因素,结合农村经济文化水平不均衡的特殊情况,提出了加快农村信息化建设的对策与建议。

The restrain factors of rural information construction are analyzed on the basis of the current situation of our country. Furthermore, directing against the current situation of the development of the rural informationization and restriction factor, and combining the special circumstances of the rural economy with unbalanced educational level,countermeasures and suggestions of accelerating rural information construction are put forword.
