Discussion on Intensive English Teaching for Practical English Major at Higher Vocational College

根据高职应用英语专业的精读课教学特点与要求,探讨高职精读课教学应该注重以学生为主体、以实践教学设计为主、采用立体化教学模式、教学效果的合理评价等环节,改变传统教学模式,使英语教学为社会服务。

According to the characteristics and requirements of intensive English teaching for practical English major, the important sectors are discussed during the process of intensive English teaching, such as students＂ oriented, practical teaching design, stereo-teaching pattern, proper evaluation of teaching, and so on. The traditional teaching patterns should be innovated in English teaching so as to serve the society.
