以整合乡镇有线电视网络资源为突破口全力打造基层广电网络公司核心竞争力

摘要 整合乡镇有线网络、扩大网络覆盖面、提高市场占有率,是当前基层广电网络公司重要而紧迫的任务。本文论述了近年来,扎兰屯分公司以"整合乡镇有线电视网络资源"为突破口,全力做好安全传输、网络升级改造、发展终端用户等重点工作,取得的阶段性成果。他们的做法是:争取各级党委、政府和相关部门的支持配合;巩固基层队伍;赢得当地群众对广电网络公司的信赖和支持;加大网络改造投入力度;强化优质服务;制定切实可行的工作方针;把握好六个关键环节。分公司从2003年成立到2006年,乡镇联网用户增加3860户,并网用户增加2700户。目前,并网联网工作还在进行当中。市区有线电视用户数量由分公司成立时的16000户,增加到了目前的22000户,增长了37%。扎兰屯分公司的经验值得同行学习、交流。 Integrating the cable TV network in villages and towns,enlarging the network coverage rate and increasing the market occupancy rate are the important and urgent tasks for the grass-roots broadcasting and television companies at present.This essay discusses that,in recent years,ZhaLantun Branch Company has regarded integrating the cable TV network resources in villages and towns as the break- through point,and has tried to do well in some major work such as transmitting safely,network upgrading reconstruction and expanding the end-users,and has made phase achievement.What they have done is as follows:try to obtain the support and cooperation from the party committee,government at all levels and other departments; consolidate the grass-roots teams;win the local people's trust and support for broadcasting and television company;increase the invest- ment in network reconstruction;strengthen the good service;make the feasible working guideline;grasp six key taches well.The Branch Company has increased 3860 network users in villages and towns since the foundation of the company in the year 2003 to the year 2006,and has increased 2700 network combination users.At present, the work of network and network combination is still going on.The number of cable TV users in the urban areas has increased from 16000 users when the company was just founded to 22000 users now, increase by 375.The experience of ZhaLantun Branch Company is worth learning and communicating for other companies.
