摘要
介绍《(联合国气候变化框架公约)京都议定书》的主要内容以及“清洁发展机制”的意义、存在的问题。论述了《京都议定书》的实施对我国环境的影响和应采取的对策。
The main idea ＂Kyoto Protocol for United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change＂ and the significance and difficulties of the issues of ＂Clean Development Mechanism＂ are described. The effect of Kyoto Protocol putting in practice on environment protection strategy and the countermeasure would be taken in China are discussed.
