诚信是中华民族的传统美德。诚信在人类个体生活和社会生活中均有极其重要的价值,它是个体道德的基石,是社会秩序良性运行的基础,是规范的社会主义市场经济可持续发展的必要条件。诚信的缺失将是一种社会灾难,切实加强社会诚信建设,是“以德治国”方略的内在要求。进行诚信建设要从多方面着手,最重要的是要运用现代科技手段,建立能够在全国范围内查询的公民个体、单位集体和公司法人的信用记录档案,并附之以相应的配套奖励措施,为社会诚信水平的提高提供机制上的保障。

Good faith is Chinese traditional moral excellence. The good faith has the extremely important value in the human individual life and social life, it is the individual morals cornerstone, the foundation of benignity running of the social order, as well as the essential condition of economy sustainable development. The lack of good faith will be one kind of social disaster, strengthening the social good faith construction is the intrinsic request of the plan which requires to use virtue to manage the country. Carrying on the good faith construction must from different aspects, and the most important is that we must utilize the modern science and technology method, establish credit recording file which include citizen individual, collective and the company member as of right ,and attaches it by the corresponding necessary reward measure, provides in the mechanism guarantee for the level enhancement of social good faith.
