The New Thinking of the College Women Committee in the Work

本文分析了新形势下高校女教职工的特点,提出了高校女工委工作的对策,主要是转变女教职工观念,维护女教职工利益,调动女教职工的工作热情,促进学校和谐发展。

The characteristics of female staff in colleges and universities are analyzed d in the new situation and the working methods of college Female Working Committee is presented in this paper. Our aim is to change the concept of female staff, safeguard their fights and interests, mobilize their working enthusiasm and promote the harmonious development of the college.
