摘要
根据“十一五”规划纲要,阐述大连市环境保护与可持续发展的重要性及现状和存在的实际问题,从6个方面提出大连市全面加强环境保护与可持续发展战略的管理对策。
According to the Outline of the Eleventh Five-year Program, this text elaborated the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development in Dalian and the present conditions and actual problems put forward six management strategies for Dalian to strengthen the environmental protection and keep on a sustainable development.
